I could not get it to thicken. I tried fridge, freezer, adding more butter and icing sugar. The weather here is in the 40s so so put down to the heat. Anyway that didn’t work so I tried again. That didn’t work either. Then I realised when checking the recipe that 112g does not make one egg. So I have unbelievably used up 30 eggs and nearly and nearly a kg of butter just to throw down the sink.
Just wish I had read these reviews first. But really angry the author of this recipe could not be bothered to correct it.
